Be Delighted By Funny New Years Resolutions
I was super serious last week when I wrote about my Focus On My Personal Goals For 2023. I had previously worked on that plan, so it fit the topic!
Usually, I’m disinterested in New Year’s resolutions. I jink myself when I plan one. However, I was trying to make business goals for the blog, which also turned into personal life and family goals.
This week I thought it would be fun to show off my Jonah because he also needs a brilliant plan for 2023!
So Jonah’s top New Years’ Resolutions for 2023!
First
I will become best friends with the mailman.
Second
If I get sick at night, I will try to hit the tile.
Third
I will not fear the vacuum.
Fourth
I will not bark at you when you are on the phone.
Fifth
I will not jump on the desk while you are working.
Sixth
I will not wake you up at 3 am.
Seventh
I will chew up your New Years’ Resolution list so you don’t feel bad
when you break your good intentions
Seventh is my favorite because Jonah is always looking out for me, AND after I planned out my whole life last week, you know something is going to fall through. LOL, You have to smile and laugh because otherwise, life is not fun!

This is super cute! My cat needs to resolve to follow #2 (which is always followed by #6 because she has to let me know she’s just hacked up a hairball on the bed yanno)!
Hi Aymee!!! I just talked about the bed! What the heck!!! It is a popular place to be sick, I guess! I am looking forward to reading your post! Wednesday night is my favorite because I turn the lights down and read everyone’s posts in peace and quiet! I look forward to my relaxing time in the middle of the week.
I laughed out-loud at the being sick on the floor part. I sympathize a lot with you. My dog loves to get sick on our carpet and I feel I should add he’s a Great Dane. There’s a LOT of sickness involved.
Hi Viviana! OH MY! Great Dane sickness does not sound fun! My Jonah ALWAYS is sick in our bed! I swear he runs there! He sleeps with us, so I do not know why he must puke there. We always pull the whole bed apart and wash everything. Thank goodness it is rare because I am sad when my Lil guy doesn’t feel good!
