Outstanding Life Changing Books To Read
There are so many books that I have read over my lifetime, books for school, books for work, and pleasure. I have thought about this topic all morning.
I remember reading the Wizard of Oz when I was a teen. It was a tradition to see the movie every springtime. I read the Book as I had never seen a moment of the film. I love to read! It is such an adventure whenever you open a book.
I must certainly say that the Bible is the most life-changing to me of all the books I have read. I learned as a young child that Jesus loves me (as the song goes)
As a young girl, I lost my way from my faith primarily due to the horrible abuse I suffered. You can find my story here if you want to learn more about that.
I came back to God after many long years. I have yet to read the whole Book, which is pretty sad. I have probably read a thousand books over my time but not that one in its entirety. Each year I say that I will; I usually end somewhere in the Psalm and read in the New Testament at a later time.
